The gentleman I talked to on the phone was super nice. We had the pleasure of working with him to get my husband a better vehicle. They gave us a great offer on our trade in. As I've been going to this shop for a few years now I get reminded everytime why I keep going in. Either for preventative maintance or an actual repair. They are considerate and offer great customer service and knowledge along the way. Other shops in Mankato won't compare to this one. I appreciate their efforts every time even when things seem to be unmanageable. They manage it and get the job done!
